Once we contact you, and confirm that your choice of dates are available, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold your dates using a major credit card. We can process your payment over the phone. Upon arrival, we ask that you pay your remaining balance in full with a check. If you need to pay your balance by credit card, that can also be arranged with an additional 3% administrative fee. Your reservation can be cancelled up to seven days prior to your date of arrival, however, you will forfeit your $300 deposit. If you cancel your reservation within the seven day period, your credit card will be charged for half of your remaining balance. If, for any reason, Hidden Lake Retreat, Inc., needs to cancel your reservation, you will receive your entire deposit and any funds you have paid prior to your arrival, in full.
